A robot translate machine has already been develop by our Air Force . Right now it operates at only 40 words per moment and is bulky and complicated . But miniaturisation , combined with magnetic tape , suggests far more spectacular possibilities for the future – a transform boxwood that might listen to one vernacular and instantly relay a verbal version . Any speech would than be usable anywhere , universally !
