Everyone in the town of Eureka is fall behind their memories , and if they do n’t find them shortly , Jack and Allison will be obliterated due to the ultimate natural spring clean ! What full prison term for … a clip show ?
I ’ll admit it ; as soon as I realise that “ You Do n’t roll in the hay Jack ” was less a genuine episode and more an excuse to pull through budget by giving an excuse for a cartridge holder show , I kind of switched off a little ; if the show ’s Lord were n’t giving the instalment their all , after all , why should I ? But halfway through the episode , I was hooked again , anyway . Yeah , half the instalment was throwaway clip show , but the other half was … well , it was a Eureka installment , with a ridiculous lure and faux peril , but done with their usual humor and theatrical role . Just more stimulate , and less evolve , than usual .
If nothing else , you have to give the writers credit for pushing a major consequence into what could ’ve been an otherwise entirely skippable episode : The birth of Jenna Stark , Allison ’s babe , is something that weirdly feels oddly overdue – perhaps because we ’re used to television - time pregnancies ? – but surprising , yet . peradventure I ’m too used to the show ’s flair for the spectacular , but seeing her born without two heads , laser beam charge from her eyes or some kind of life story - jeopardize illness that has to immediately be look at with was n’t what I expected , in a good way . possibly it ’s because we ’re heading into the last couple of episode of the season and this is time to readable decks and give the great unwashed their last happy endings for for a while , but the instalment end up being a nice , and welcome , palate cleanser reminding you why you like the show even as it frustrate by being an sneaky Greatest Hits software system .

Better fate next time , perhaps ?
