Reboot , a construct nursing home designed by Philly native Victor Vetterlein , is literally a Gundam house — like the giant automaton armor from anime , it responds to instruction and looks like a giant creature with a glowing eye . It ’s wired so that you’re able to voice command it to do things like twist on the AC , dim the lights , bust out some dance music , or play a pic . Your laptop or cellular phone phone serve as your cockpit — you could navigate it wirelessly from wherever .
The surface of the theatre has a two-fold - curved blank space frame for social organization , vaporized skin , insular foam , and solar cell paint to top it all off — any energy it does n’t give on its own is supplemented by wind turbine in the backyard , which also serve engage a hydraulic elevator .
Here are some blueprints of the interior .
