Joanna Gainesis throwing it way back in honor of her birthday!
The formerFixer Upperstar celebrated turning 41 on Friday with an adorable throwback shot featuring her smiling for the camera as a little girl.
“Thanks for all the Birthday love! It was a good day 💕,” she captioned the image.
Gaines kick-started her special day on Friday with asurprise breakfast in bedcourtesy of husband Chip, 44, and son Crew, 10 months.
“Crew is ready to surprise @joannagaines with breakfast in bed.. happy birthday Joanna! #AkaMom,” Chip wrote on Twitter alongside a photo of Crew sitting on the couch.

“Sweet kids surprised me this morning with all my favorites: fresh flowers, hot donuts, breakfast tacos and a pretty color palette ❤️,” she captioned the image.
“I was either going to stick him in a patch of bluebonnets or carrots,” Gaines wrote on her Instagram story, alongside a series of photos of the tot playing with carrots in the garden.

Gaines also shared a photo of Chip picking carrots with Crew and daughters Emmie Kay, 8½, and Ella Rose, 12.
The couple are also parents to sons Duke, 9½, and Drake, 13.
Gaines opened up toPEOPLElast month about just how much little Crew has changed the dynamic of their family since his birth in June 2018.
“Our hope with this network is that it really feels like home,” Joanna said whilespeaking at the Discovery Upfronts. “I think when people come, they’ll find what they were looking for. Whether its design, gardening, cooking — that it resonates with people. We hope that people come, sit and they stay a while.”

Added Chip, “I can tell you that if you all will give us another chance, support us like you’ve done the last 6 or 7 years, we have a funny feeling that you won’t be disappointed. We couldn’t be more excited.”
Though the multi-platform media company doesn’t yet have a name, fans can expect long-form programming centered around community, home, garden, food, wellness, entrepreneurialism and design – as well as old episodes ofFixer Upper.
