On Tuesday, the actress, 41, posted a sweet series of photos onInstagramof her toddler daughter, 20 months, honoring the Hindu celebration with a Ganpati — a stuffed elephant representing the Hindu god of beginnings. Ganesh Chaturthi is a Hindu festival commemorating the birth of the Hindu god Ganesha.
Chopra Jonas, who shares Malti with husbandNick Jonas, captioned the post, “A girl and her Ganpati😍 Always with us.. wherever we go..#ganpatibappamorya🙏🏽#ganeshchaturthi."
The carousel included pictures of Malti hugging the plush toy tightly, as well as images of Chopra Jonas’s Mandir, the Hindu house of worship.

Another sweet snap showed Jonas holding his little girl as she dipped her feet into a pool built into a boat. The singer smiled while wrapping one arm around Malti, who wore an adorable blue bucket hat with smiley faces on it.
